Waited 2 hours for my meal... tried to phone but no answer so drove to restaurant with my baby and it was closed even tho I have paid for the meal.

We ordered fully vegetarian dishes and they sent us meat pakora. When we called to advise they said they would send out a veg pakora which did arrive quickly. However there was no apology (it actually wasn't easy to get them to understand what they did wrong) and we have eaten meat which is against our religion. It's a shame because when this place gets it right the food is lovely but they so rarely get it right it means I don't feel comfortable ordering here on a regular basis.

Shocking service, have paid for food that I havnt received. We’ll over delivery time stated on website, called to find out where it was to be told driver leaving and will be 15 minutes. Lied to as has never came and when partner called was told he wasn’t delivering as I’d been cheeky, which I hadn’t, so again a lie. If I don’t receive my money back this will be getting took further.

Over 90 mins delivery time tonight. Food was up to the usual high standard though

After waiting for 2.30 hours (ordered at 7.20)had to go collect (9.45) The chicken tikka wrap was burnt/dry and no veg or sauce. Only reason didn't complain at the time was because it was nearly 10 o'clock at night and we were so hungry. Not impressed one bit! Also delivery fee not refunded. So disappointed

Order an hour late Called restaurant and was told twice it was out for delivery, eventually turned up at restaurant as delivery was being handed to driver. Hawaii burger did not have all ingredients

Vindaloo sauce not as spicy as normal unfortunately, but still everything was tasty and well cooked as always

Food was piping hot and absolutely delicious! Great sized portions too so have leftovers for lunch!

Messed up the order. They said they would send a replacement Pizza and never did. Stay clear.

This is one of a very very small number of takeaways that serve outstanding food! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and never had a bad meal yet.
